It can help a restless and irritable horse and relieve tension. It is a very useful herb for horses that never seem to relax.

It has sedative and tranquilising properties but is also non addictive.

Apart from its calming effects it is also an analgesic ( pain relieving).

Passion Flower is also very useful in conjunction with other herbs to assist hormonal imbalances and bad behaviour in mares.
